These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between we and the user . By using the ONETAP app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

  • ONETAP allows users to upload, store, and access documents securely.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login PIN confidential.
  • You are fully responsible for the documents you upload.
  • We do not specify which documents to upload; it is entirely your choice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload illegal or copyrighted material without permission.
  • Misuse the app to impersonate others.
  • Attempt hacking, modifying the app, or reverse-engineering.
  • Use the app for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Upload harmful files (malware, viruses).

3. Document Storage & Availability

  • ONETAP ensures secure storage, but we do not guarantee 24/7 uninterrupted access.
  • There may be downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.
  • Users should maintain personal backups of important documents.

4. Ownership of Content

  • All documents uploaded by you remain your property.
  • You grant ONETAP permission to store, access, and display those documents only for your use.
  • The ONETAP brand name, logo, UI design, and features are ONETAP’s intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

5. NFC Product Usage

  • Each NFC tag links only to your ONETAP profile.
  • If you resell or transfer the product, you must request a reset by emailing help.onetap7@gmail.com. After reset, all your data (documents, sub-users, etc.) will be permanently removed.
  • ONETAP is not responsible for physical loss, theft, or damage to NFC accessories.

6. Account Deletion & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You misuse the app or engage in fraud.
  • You upload illegal or harmful content.

You may delete your account anytime through the app or by emailing support.

7. Limitation of Liability

ONETAP is not liable for:

  • Loss of documents due to accidental deletion by you.
  • Unauthorized access due to your negligence (sharing PIN, etc.).
  • Temporary service outages.
  • Physical loss or damage of NFC accessories.
  • Consequences of incorrect or false documents uploaded by users.

You use the app at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer

  • ONETAP does not verify the authenticity or legality of documents uploaded by users.
  • ONETAP is not a government authority and does not issue any documents.
  • ONETAP provides only a digital storage and retrieval service.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you agree to the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Maharashtra courts.
